We are building the logistics needed to support that growth and are looking for warehouse staff who want to grow with us.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Distribution Center Associate to manage daily inventory movements and direct-to-consumer order fulfillment for our phone and tablet cases. This role offers flexible part-time hours tailored to fit around school schedules, making it ideal for anyone looking to balance work with family commitments. The successful candidate will use NetSuite ERP software to log data, track precise SKU variations, and process a medium volume of daily shipments accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack direct-to-consumer orders accurately, ensuring correct device compatibility, color, and style variants.
  • Receive incoming goods, inspect packaging quality, and verify quantities against factory packing lists.
  • Utilize NetSuite ERP to log stock receipts, scan barcode variations, and update inventory counts in real time.
  • Organize bin locations systematically to optimize the picking flow for small-format retail packaging.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to minimize inventory discrepancies across hundreds of unique case SKUs.

  • Strong digital literacy with hands-on exposure to barcode scanners and digital inventory systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail to prevent mixed-model picking errors (e.g., mistaking different phone generations).
  • Good physical fitness to manage repetitive picking tasks and prolonged standing. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the logistics and e-commerce teams.
