Job Summary:
US-based technology and semiconductor company founded in 1997 and headquartered in Sugar Land, Texas is looking for Part-time Evening Drivers. The Drivers will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services in support of company operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport personnel, documents, equipment, and materials to designated locations.
  • Ensure timely pick-up and delivery according to assigned schedules and operational needs.
  • Follow all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company safety policies while operating vehicles.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure company vehicles are presentable and properly maintained.
  • Monitor vehicle condition and promptly report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, inspections, and repairs with approved service vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance activities.
  • Assist with loading and unloading packages, equipment, or materials when required.
  • Support transportation needs for company staff, visitors, or business-related activities.
  • Assist with general administrative or operational errands for the department.
  • Support facility-related logistics such as transporting small equipment, tools, or office supplies.
  • Provide transportation support for company meetings, events, or visiting guests when required.
  • Assist with vehicle documentation, insurance records, and registration tracking.
  • Support other operational tasks assigned by the Corporate Services Supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of driving experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic regulations.
  • Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly and professionally.
  • Familiarity with GPS navigation and local roadways.
  • Strong time management and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to approximately 30–50 pounds if required.
