Il s'agit d'un poste de superviseur de premiere ligne qui soutient la culture de securite avant tout de FedEx Express (FXE) et qui gere les operations quotidiennes specifiques, les routes flexibles et le personnel assigne aux chauffeurs flexibles dans une succursale. Doit assurer un reseau de livraison de colis B2C sur et efficace grace a la supervision exclusive des chauffeurs flexibles. Le superviseur du ramassage et de la livraison supervise toutes les fonctions flexibles et s'assure que les processus administratifs sont conformes aux politiques et procedures de FXE.
This is a frontline supervisor position that supports the FedEx Express (FXE) Safety Above All Culture and manages specific day-to-day operations, flex routes and assigned Flex Driver staff within a station. Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient B2C package delivery network through the supervision of flex drivers exclusively. The P&D Supervisor has oversight for all flex functions and ensures administrative processes are compliant with FXE policies and procedures.
