About the Role
Whizz, a leader in innovative transportation solutions for delivery riders, is looking for reliable and responsible E-Bike Delivery Drivers to join our Miami team. This is a part-time role where you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages, following assigned routes, and providing a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver packages to customers following assigned routes.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle.
  • Load and organize packages for delivery.
  • Follow delivery and safety procedures.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service.
  • Complete deliveries accurately and on time, while meeting KPI targets.

Requirements
  • Comfortable handling e-bikes in Miami, FL.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strictly follow company provided schedule
  • Previous delivery or courier experience is a plus, but not required.
