Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffet, etc.)
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner
  • Clear tables, remove dishes, and maintain cleanliness throughout events

  • Follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Breakdown and clean up event areas post-function
