Partner with subject matter experts, production teams, and Operational Excellence leaders to capture and standardize best practices.Develop training materials and multimedia content including videos, photos, presentations, and learning modules. Support administration of the Dozuki platform, including content transfers, documentation governance, and site deployments. Assist in the development and maintenance of operational dashboards, reports, and digital tools using Microsoft applications including Excel, Forms, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on documentation, training, and process improvement opportunities. Support project portfolio management initiatives through requirements gathering, project tracking, process documentation, and presentation development. Learn Lean Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques to support process improvement and eliminate waste. Support efficiency projects aimed at improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.Collaborate and support partners across Operations, Engineering, Training, Supply Chain, Information Technology, and Operational Excellence teams. What you need to succeed:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Must have at least 2 semesters remaining in school upon start date. If enrolled in an Associate's degree program, must have a plan to pursue a bachelor's degree immediately after associates is completed.Ability to work year-round, part-time Ability to collaborate effectively with others.Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
