We're hiring part-time lifeguards for the Summer 2026 pool season at locations across the Chicagoland area.Applicants must be strong swimmers and either currently lifeguard certified or willing to get certified (we provide training).As a lifeguard, your main job is keeping swimmers safe. You'll watch the pool, enforce pool rules, keep track of swimmers, and respond quickly in emergencies. Lifeguards also help with first aid and assist swimmers when needed.Lifeguards are also part of keeping the pool area looking great. Daily responsibilities include light pool cleaning, keeping the pool deck neat, and helping with routine bathroom and common-area cleaning. Teamwork and a positive attitude are key!This role is great for responsible, dependable teens who enjoy working outdoors, staying busy, and being part of a team.
