Part Time Merchandiser Role Overview

Responsible for merchandising products, including stocking and replenishing shelves, rotating inventory, setting displays, stocking and organizing coolers, and maintaining organized storage areas while moving product from backroom to the sales floor.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi and allied products across assigned accounts.

  • Maintains backroom inventory in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.

  • Communicates issues, concerns, or opportunities to the supervisor and team.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED highly preferred.

  • Valid driver's license is required.

  • Retail industry work experience preferred.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong basic math skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Demonstrates reliable and consistent work habits.

  • Must be able to meet PBV driving guidelines and maintain driving record acceptable per PBV's Driving Policy.

  • Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
