Job description

Bull City Financial Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations. This position works closely with company leadership and our outside accounting vendor to ensure day-to-day financial processes remain accurate and organized.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bookkeeping professional looking for a flexible part-time schedule in a stable office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain company financial records using QuickBooks
  • Process accounts payable transactions
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with payroll processing and coordinate information with our outside accounting vendor
  • Organize and maintain receipts and supporting documentation
  • Match receipts and documentation to monthly financial records
  • Occasionally prepare and issue physical checks
  • Perform light filing and document management
  • Assist with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks is required
  • Previous bookkeeping experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
