Job Summary

Aubrey Lounge STL is looking for a Part-Time Prep Cook to assist with food preparation and kitchen organization. This role is perfect for someone seeking flexible hours while gaining experience in a professional kitchen.

Prep Cooks help ensure the kitchen is ready for service by preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.


Responsibilities

• Prepare vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other ingredients

• Follow prep lists and recipes provided by kitchen leadership

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards

• Label, store, and rotate food items properly

• Assist line cooks during busy service periods when needed
