Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (up to 20 hours per week)
Reports To: Payment and Verification Manager

Join the Tire Rack Team

Tire Rack is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Operator I to join our Verification team. In this role, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers, providing exceptional service over the phone while supporting our order verification process.

If you enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally and courteously.

  • Assist customers by updating account and personal information.

  • Answer common customer questions regarding orders, products, and services.

  • Receive customer orders and ensure information is entered accurately.

  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department or team member when additional assistance is needed.

  • Resolve routine customer concerns while providing an excellent customer experience.

  • Enter Tire Rack promotional redemptions accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist the Verification team by entering and maintaining order notes.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support daily operations.

  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous customer service experience with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer care.

  • Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Strong written communication skills for email and customer correspondence.

  • Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and navigating the internet.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
