Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and Optum-specific care management systems is typically required. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and adaptability are crucial soft skills for supporting diverse patient populations and collaborating across teams. These competencies ensure effective patient care, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Part Time Optum RNs often enjoy flexible schedules, with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on department needs and patient demand.
