Excellent communication, critical thinking, and adaptability are crucial soft skills for supporting diverse patient populations and collaborating across teams. These competencies ensure effective patient care, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Part Time Optum RNs often enjoy flexible schedules, with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on department needs and patient demand.
