About This Role

We are seeking a temporary, part-time Operations Admin to help keep SIM Card orders moving out of our Apex, NC warehouse for up to 22 weeks of leave coverage. You'll process and update orders throughout the day, keep customers and internal teams current on status, work with shipping carriers to resolve issues, and pitch in on inventory reporting and hands-on fulfillment when volume spikes.

Logistics: On-site at our warehouse office in Apex, NC. Temporary leave-coverage assignment, up to 22 weeks, max 29 hours/week, with intermittent scheduling based on business needs.

What you'll do: 
  • Intake and process store orders placed through Shopify/Retool
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records with precise attention to detail
  • Provide order support and status updates for customers and internal teams
  • Accurate data processing and reporting
  • Maintain workflow of open orders and update order statuses throughout the day
  • Process orders within established SLA timeframes
  • Assist with inventory breakdowns, manual order fulfillment, and general office support tasks as needed
Helpful skills and experience:
  • 2 years of previous administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic experience with Asana, Shopify, and HelpScout preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation: $22-$26/hr. Temporary engagement is up to 22 weeks (intermittent), max of 29 hrs/week.
