Cape Fox subsidiary, Cape Fox Mission Systems, LLC is seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager (part-time) to join our team in support of a federal government client. The Operations Manager provides centralized management and oversight of all Installation Personnel Administration (ICA) support services across the four Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) (YOKOSUKO, SASEBO, ATSUGI, and ROCKINGHAM) sites. This position is contingent upon award.

Core Duties: Implement Navy Personnel Office's (NPO) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to operate all sites Manage the total work effort including planning, scheduling, report preparation, records establishment/maintenance, and quality control Implement work-control procedures to track and report work in progress and provide status reports per deliverables Ensure staff receive necessary management expertise and training to meet performance objectives and standards Support scheduled and unscheduled inspections, audits, and assessments Participate in monthly meetings with the stakeholders to address issues, resolution actions, and plans to fill vacancies Establish and track performance measures (service downtime, outages, issues) and administer the Quality Assurance (QA) program and inspection system Monitor and summarize customer satisfaction (CSAT) using the government's survey program and drive corrective actions Prepare and deliver required deliverables (Transition Plan, Workforce Management Plan, Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), QA Plan/Inspection Reports, Monthly Status Report, Man-Hour, Onboarding, Training Compliance, and CSAT reports) Conduct joint facilities/equipment condition inventory 15 calendar days prior to contract completionBachelor's degree in a management or administration discipline Minimum five (5) years of general experience General experience in Project management, data analysis, financial analysis, marketing and public affairs, organizational management, and business process improvement Must be a U.S
