About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to take on a set of recurring operational and logistics tasks that currently sit with our executive and operations team. This is a part-time role for someone who's organized, trustworthy with sensitive information and comfortable working independently once trained.

This role has real room to grow. As you build trust and familiarity with our systems, there's opportunity to take on more responsibility over time — this is intentionally structured as a starting point position.

  • Manage shipping and receiving logistics (package pickups/drop-offs, order unpacking)
  • Handle routine financial paperwork (e.g., check printing) following established processes
  • Track and route documents pending signature from leadership
  • Conduct routine inventory checks at designated locations
  • Provide general administrative support to the leadership team
  • Support recruiting and onboarding efforts
  • Support hiring events (logistics, candidate coordination) per our established hiring criteria
  • Support day-to-day office and operational tasks as needed
  • Assist with planning and day-of support for company events

What We're Looking For

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through on recurring tasks
  • Comfortable handling confidential financial and business information responsibly
  • Reliable and punctual — this role depends on consistency
  • Able to work independently after initial training, and to flag issues before they become problems
  • Prior experience in office administration, operations, or logistics is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable learning basic tools like QuickBooks and TeamViewer (training provided)

Schedule & Logistics

  • Approximately 15 hours/week, split across 2–3 days (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
  • Specific days/hours are flexible and can be worked out with the right candidate
