Job description

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing friendly and efficient support to ensure smooth office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, organization, and a professional demeanor to represent the company positively Provides good public relations with the community and visitors. Receives all persons entering the building with cordial respect, providing them with the information requested, directing them to the proper person or places. These services are consistent with the Home's standards and philosophy and are in compliance with all regulations, codes, policies and procedures that govern the facility.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance requests
