Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and help ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflows, preparing freight for upcoming shipments, and ensuring trucks are organized and ready for next-day routes.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
  • Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and organize freight for outbound shipments
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
  • Support linehaul and daily shipping operations
  • Organize warehouse space to improve productivity and workflow efficiency
  • Maintain clean and orderly work areas
Inventory amp; Order Accuracy
  • Perform inventory checks and cycle counts
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
  • Ensure customer orders are processed correctly and on time
  • Assist with tracking inventory movement and storage documentation
Teamwork amp; Communication
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding priorities and workflow updates
  • Respond promptly to operational and customer-related requests
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members when needed
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and reduce operational costs
Equipment amp; Safety
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently
  • Inspect tools and equipment regularly and report maintenance concerns
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
  • Assist with incident reporting and documentation when necessary
Customer Service Support
  • Help resolve delivery or service issues professionally and efficiently
  • Support efforts to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications
  • Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks
  • Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to obtain certification
  • Valid driver’s license preferred (required only for operating company vehicles)
  • Comfortable using basic technology and warehouse systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle packages throughout the shift
