How to make $500 a week part-time?

Part-time jobs that pay around $500 weekly typically require earning about $12.50 per hour for a 40-hour week or more with higher hourly rates or additional shifts. Roles such as retail associate, food service worker, or freelance tasks can help reach this goal, especially if you have relevant skills or certifications. Increasing hours, taking on multiple jobs, or developing specialized skills can also boost earnings in a part-time schedule.

The 70/30 rule in hiring suggests that 70% of the hiring decision should be based on skills, experience, and qualifications, while 30% should consider cultural fit and personality. For part-time roles like once-a-week positions, this balance helps ensure candidates meet job requirements while aligning with team dynamics.

Additionally, economic factors and changing hiring practices can make entry-level positions more competitive for this age group.

What jobs get paid once a week?

Many hourly and shift-based jobs, such as retail, hospitality, and certain healthcare roles, often pay employees on a weekly basis.
