How to make $500 a week part-time?

Part-time jobs that pay around $500 weekly typically require earning about $12.50 per hour for a 40-hour week or more with higher hourly rates or additional shifts. Roles such as retail associate, food service worker, or freelance tasks can help reach this goal, especially if you have relevant skills or certifications. The 70/30 rule in hiring suggests that 70% of the hiring decision should be based on skills, experience, and qualifications, while 30% should consider cultural fit and personality. Gen Z faces challenges in securing jobs due to high competition, limited work experience, and employers' preference for candidates with specific skills or certifications. Additionally, economic factors and changing hiring practices can make entry-level positions more competitive for this age group.

What jobs get paid once a week?

Many hourly and shift-based jobs, such as retail, hospitality, and certain healthcare roles, often pay employees on a weekly basis. Part-time positions that involve regular hours, like once a week, commonly follow weekly pay schedules, especially in industries with manual or service work. Payment frequency can vary by employer and location, so it's important to confirm with the specific employer or job listing.
