Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health (Part Time)

BrightStar Care of Tallahassee is seeking a Part Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy services.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
• Provide personalized 1:1 in-home occupational therapy services
• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility goals
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team
