School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | Redmond, WA | Part-Time (.4 FTE) | 2026-2027 School Year
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Redmond, Washington for the 2026-2027 school year. Position Highlights

Responsibilities
  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to determine students' educational needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in educational settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
  • Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom accommodations
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
  • Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, self-care, and functional skills that promote educational success

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license
  • Active Washington ESA Certification
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide in-person services at multiple school locations
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
