Job description

Part-Time Occupational Therapist
Location: Asbury Riverwoods | Lewisburg, PA
Benchmark Therapies is looking for Part-Time Occupational Therapists to support our therapy program at Asbury Riverwoods, a welcoming senior living community offering Personal Care and Independent Living.
This would be a great fit for an OT who enjoys working with older adults and wants to help residents remain safe, confident, and as independent as possible. You'll have the opportunity to provide thoughtful, individualized care while building meaningful relationships with the residents you serve.

What You'll Do
  • Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Help residents maintain independence and safely participate in daily routines and meaningful activities
  • Address self-care, functional mobility, home safety, adaptive equipment, and fall prevention needs
  • Collaborate with residents, families, staff, and other members of the care team
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive therapy environment
  • Bring compassion, professionalism, and kindness to each interaction
What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license in good standing
  • A genuine interest in working with older adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
