Job description

Seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in Neonatology to join our dedicated team in Syracuse, NY. This opportunity offers a consistent 24 hour workweek, providing a balanced schedule with a mix of day and night rotations. Itโ€™s an ideal opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider looking to make a meaningful impact in neonatal care while enjoying excellent benefits and professional growth.

  • Provide direct care including history and physical exams, daily rounds, ordering medications and labs, discharge planning, and patient/family education.
  • Fulfill roles as expert practitioner, consultant, educator, and liaison.
  • Schedule includes a mix of day and night rotations.
  • Participate in orientation, continuing education, and maintain expertise in Neonatology.

Requirements:

  • Current NYS license
  • Neonatology experience
  • Graduate of accredited NP or PA program
  • Board certification or active pursuit within one year

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $74,880-$98,704
  • Additional compensation may include productivity bonuses, quality incentives, and extra shift pay
  • CME allowance and paid time off
