? This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling.

? What You’ll Do

As our Clinical Educator, you will help shape the success of our clinical team by leading education, training, and quality initiatives:

  • Lead and support new team member orientation

  • Oversee staff education and ongoing training programs

  • Coordinate and maintain the annual education calendar

  • Serve as CPR Instructor and manage staff certifications

  • Lead QAPI initiatives (quarterly)

  • Facilitate restorative nursing programs and meetings

  • Support tele-psych (long-term psychiatric management)

  • Monitor and support staff compliance (TB testing, education requirements)

  • Assist with policy development and process improvement

? What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is not only clinically strong—but also a leader, coach, and culture-builder.

  • Active Missouri LPN or RN license (REQUIRED)

  • CPR Instructor certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Previous leadership or training experience in healthcare preferred

  • Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to train, motivate, and support staff

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Ability to lead change and promote high-quality resident care
