Shift: Evening/Weekend

Schedule: Part Time- Evening and Weekend coverage


Job Summary: In collaboration with the primary care provider, assesses patients and provides behavioral health

treatment utilizing evidence based practice. Performs all aspects of behavioral health services utilizing

interdisciplinary approach with the primary care providers, nursing staff, and community resources to improve health

outcomes.
