The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Helena; MT and we are looking for Clinic Support Technicians to join a Float Pool and gain valuable experience working alongside compassionate healthcare professionals in a fast-paced clinical environment.

This flexible, entry-level role is perfect for high school graduates, college students, aspiring healthcare professionals, or anyone looking to explore a future in healthcare. No prior clinical experience or certification is required — we provide training and support to help you succeed.

As a Clinic Support Technician, you’ll play an important role in helping clinics run smoothly and supporting care teams behind the scenes so they can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Opportunities Available in the Following Float Pools:

  • Specialty Care Float Pool
  • Primary Care Float Pool

Schedule: Part-Time

What You’ll Do

This position does not provide direct patient care or require clinical licensure or certification. You will:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the ambulatory care team
  • Support clinic workflow and daily operations under clinic leadership
  • Serve as a supplemental clinic support team member without replacing Patient Access Specialists, Medical Assistants, or nursing staff
  • Support administrative processing, document management, clinic preparation, patient access & scheduling process
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Assist with non-clinical tasks that support patient access and clinic workflow, allowing licensed and certified staff to focus on direct patient care
  • Provide courteous customer service that promotes positive patient experience
