About the Role: Are you a self-starter with strong people skills and the ability to thrive under pressure? Do you enjoy hard work and have experience with buffers, cleaning tools and are able to execute specific instructions to a T? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Aircraft Detailer to deliver professional cleaning and detailing services to a wide range of aircraft on a part time basis.

This is a hands-on role that offers variety, growth, and the satisfaction of seeing your work shine—literally. You’ll work at airports and FBOs alongside a team that values safety, professionalism, and consistent quality.

This role requires a flexible schedule. Night and overnight shifts are required at times to align with aircraft arrival/departure windows and client needs. Weekend work may be required depending on flight schedules.

We deliver premium detailing and protection services to private jet owners, flight departments, FBOs, and aviation partners who expect flawless results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of detailing services including:

    • Exterior wet/dry wash, waxing, and paint revitalization with rotary and orbital buffers

    • Brightwork metal polishing with drum buffers and de-ice boot refurbishment

    • Full interior detailing, leather cleaning/conditioning

    • Carpet and upholstery extraction, stain removal with carpet extractors and steam cleaners

    • Lavatory and galley sanitation, wood and trim polishing

  • Work closely with your team to complete each job on time and to standard

  • Follow all safety protocols and wear proper protective gear

  • Represent the company with professionalism at all times

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

  • Work on elevated platforms (up to 30 feet in the air) using fall protection safety gear.

  • Climb ladders and stairs, working in small, restricted areas.


 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hard-working and detail-oriented

  • Takes pride in their work and contributes positively to the team

  • Able to follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and specific instructions per the aircraft manager/owners' requests

  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods

  • Valid driver’s license approved for airline travel

    • Clean DMV record with no serious violations or DUIs.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional nights/overnights and some weekends

  • Ability to pass FAA-mandated drug and background checks

  • Comfortable traveling occasionally for assignments & training

  • Must be at least 18 years of age, have access to reliable transportation, and authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in detailing, cleaning services, construction, or aviation

  • Experience with buffers and/or electric tools

  • Prior experience working around aircraft or in airport environments

  • Familiarity with following SOPs

  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow directions and work independently

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including iPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices

Training & Development: Comprehensive virtual, in-person, and on-the-job training, including hands-on sessions to ensure full mastery of operational and FAA-compliance standards.

FAA Compliance: This position is subject to the FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program in accordance with federal regulations. All applicants must comply with the company’s Drug-Free Policy and be willing to undergo testing upon hire.
