These jobs often cater to industries that require round-the-clock staffing, such as healthcare, security, hospitality, and manufacturing. Part-time night shift workers may work anywhere from a few hours to just under full-time hours per week and often receive additional pay or benefits due to the unconventional hours. Many employers also provide wellness resources or tips to help night shift workers stay alert and healthy while on the job.
