Our team treats a wide range of diagnoses including sepsis, respiratory failure, renal failure, multi-organ dysfunction, and complex infectious diseases. The MICU is a dynamic environment where nurses gain expertise in ventilator management, advanced pharmacologic therapies, and multidisciplinary critical care collaboration.
