Position OverviewAs a Part-Time Sales Consultant, you'll educate prospective buyers about manufactured homes and ADUs, guide them through the home-buying process, and help them design a home that fits their lifestyle and budget.
You'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service from the initial consultation through project completion.
Responsibilities
  • Meet with prospective homebuyers.
  • Conduct phone, Zoom, and in-person consultations.
  • Help customers select the right floor plan and customize their new home.
  • Educate clients about financing options and the buying process.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, community events, and social media.
  • Follow up with leads using our CRM system.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with lenders, project managers, and designers throughout the sales process.
  • Attend sales meetings and ongoing training.
  • Maintain excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
