New Horizon Co-op is hiring a Part-Time Cashier at our Trader Ridge Food Store in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

What you'll do:


  • Greet customers in a friendly way, answer questions, and help them find products or information.
  • Scan or enter items, and handle transactions accurately using cash, debit, or credit and be familiar with in store promotions and updates
  • Receive payments, give correct change, and reconcile the cash register at the end of the shift.
  • Bag, wrap, or package items carefully.
  • Restock shelves, remove damaged or expired items, and make sure products are neat, priced, and easy for customers to find.

Who you are:


  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
