Job description

The Senior Company is seeking a Nurse to join our team as an RN Supervisor! We are a dual accredited, private home care company.
Salary Range:
  • Based on Experience

Positions Available:
  • FULL TIME - Field Supervisor & Education - Seeking 1
  • PART TIME - New Hire Education Only - Seeking Multiple (Hackensack & Springfield Locations)
  • PER DIEM - New Hire Education Only - Seeking Multiple (Hackensack & Springfield Locations)

Responsibilities for RN supervisor:
  • Develop care plans for each client and update care plans as needed
  • Conduct initial assessments and start of care admissions
  • Perform re-assessments and supervisory visits.
  • Able to supervisor and guide CHHA's through the care plan
  • Maintain all documents needed to be in compliance with CAHC standards
  • Must have great communication both written and verbally
  • Perform HHA Education 1-3 times per week for newly hired caregivers.

Requirements:
  • Valid and active RN License in the state of New Jersey
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Home care experience is preferred
  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
