How you'll contribute

The Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (IRU) is a specialized 17-bed facility dedicated to providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients requiring intensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy following significant injury, surgery, or illness. The unit's goal is to maximize patient recovery, restore functional abilities, and facilitate a smooth transition back to the community or a lower level of care.

  •  Current RN to practice in the state of TN. 

  • American Heart Association BCLS; New employees that have BLS certification from another organization than American Heart Association (i.e. American Red Cross) have 30 days to complete American Heart Association version.

    Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take
