Job description

Your first year as a therapist is the year you get to start applying everything you have learned and building the clinician you want to be. Finding the right place to do it really matters!

This is the next step in your clinical journey, and youwon'tbe doing it alone. From day oneyou'llbe surrounded by a team of OTs, COTAs and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you. 

Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, rampingyour caseload andworkloadexpectations gradually throughout your first year. 

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-to-onesessionsto foster strong client and caregiver relationships. Teammates can expect a productivity expectation of 75% of their week.

Learning opportunitiesrightfrom the start 

Wewantto hire clinicians whonever stop learning;that'swhywe'vebuilt a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career.You'llhave access to: 

  • $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to$1,500 annuallywith tenure 
  • Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging 

Compensation 

Your compensation will range from $30-32/hour with GUARANTEED payregardless ofcancelations! Plus,we have anannual productivitybonus of up to $9,000/year. 

Sign-onbonus 

Up to $5,000. Whetheryou'removing from anotherarea orjust need some extra funds to startbuildingyour materials, wewant to help!

Medical, dental, vision, tenure-based PTO,and sick leaveaccruing128 hoursyour first year, six guaranteed holidays,lifeand disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year! 

WhatYou'llNeed 
  • Associate degree from an accredited COTA program 
  • NBCOT certification 
  • Colorado DORA COTA license, or ability to obtain within 3 months
