Indiana University Health Arnett has an exciting opportunity for a PRN Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated inpatient Neonatology team at IU Health Arnett Hospital at located in Lafayette, IN. Join a collegial team of 2 Neonatologists (2 full time plus PRN) and 4 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (Full time & Part time plus 3 PRN)
Employment opportunity details:
  • 24 hours in house shifts.
  • No Call
  • 100% inpatient focused.
  • Collaborative, positive and family centered focused work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee care of NICU patients and some normal newborn, procedures, notes, orders, collaboration with MD, attend deliveries, in house coverage.
  • Will perform procedures such as umbilical lines, intubation, chest tube, Lumbar puncture, PICC lines.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree required.
  • Must be Neonatology Nurse Practitioner certified.
  • Must have a min of 1 year of clinical experience in level 3 NICU as NNP.
  • Board Certified/Eligible and must have Indiana License or must be eligible.
