Description
Nurse Aide II Instructor for lab and clinical instructor following the NCBON curriculum for Nurse Aide II. Supervise students in the lab and in the clinical setting at the hospital.
Instruct students in the Nurse Aide II (NA II) curriculum provided by the NCBON. Instruct students in skills listed in the NA II curriculum (emphasis on sterile techniques). Evaluate proficiency of skills and create a motivating and engaging classroom. Supervise students in a clinical setting at the hospital.
Salary: $30.00 per hour.
Standard Working Hours: Monday and Wednesday; 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Start Date: September 9, 2024.
Closing Date: Open until filled.
Minimum Qualifications
Registered nurse with an unencumbered license, licensed to practice in North Carolina, required. Must have two (2) years of direct patient care as a Registered Nurse. Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in nursing, required. Experience in teaching adult learners, preferred.
