Job description

Provide exceptional guest service, proactively engage, and sell to guests, set up and maintain an appealing retail environment and control inventory. The sky’s the limit when you work for one of the largest Harley-Davidson groups in Florida and one of the most forward- thinking and progressive automotive groups in the industry.

You are someone who seeks to build strong relationships and deliver incomparable Guest service. Honesty, integrity, perseverance, job commitment, and the will to succeed in a highly competitive industry are the qualities our candidates possess.
 
* This is a Part Time Position. 
 
Responsibilities Include
 
  • Setup and maintain an appealing retail environment and assist all Guests with their shopping and purchase of merchandise.
  • Greet Guest immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Develop and share knowledge of merchandise.
  • Must possess the ability to work with several Guests at one time while maintaining individual Guest satisfaction.
  • Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the Guests purchase.
  • Accept cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases.
  • Keep cash register accurate.
  • Care for any Guest concerns that may arise reasonably demonstrating empathy, a positive attitude, and our commitment to excellent Guest service.
  • Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.).
  • Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to Guests.
  • Request, capture and or verify Guest data for 100% of the Guests 100% of the time.
 
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
 
  • Company-paid training for new candidates.
  • Possess the ability to use a computer.
  • Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in the areas of product knowledge and technology.
  • Prior parts sales experience a plus but not required.
  • We will train the right candidate.
  • Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
  • Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
