Required availability: Friday & Saturday 10 PM - 3 AM (2 weekends / month including MSU game days)


Our team members are the heart and backbone of Poke Fresh MSU. This role includes food preparation, food service, cashier responsibility, dishes, and general cleaning. We are looking for self-motivated, detail oriented, and genuine team members. We're a little quirky and we like it that way.

Responsibilities

·       Food Preparation - Cutting vegetables and fruits, making homemade sauces, and marinating and preparing proteins for bowl assembly.

·       Food Service - Gathering orders, building poke bowls, making soup cups, serving drinks, and mochi.

·       Cashier Responsibility - Correctly ring in customers order(s) and accept payment.

·       Dishes - Cleaning all items used throughout the day.

·       General Cleaning - Wiping down tables, prep counters, coolers, ovens, and sinks. Sweeping and mopping the floors. Cleaning and restocking restrooms. Taking out trash and refilling with new bags.


Qualifications

·       Must be eligible to work in the US

·       Must be able to receive direct deposit

·       Must be able to stand for long periods of time

·       Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
