Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe. PURPOSE OF POSITION: Reservation Agents are responsible for reserving winter Skier Services products over the phone, including ski school classes, ski rentals, childcare, and private lessons.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate departmental services, policies, and procedures to guests in a professional manner
  • Accurately book reservations with great attention to detail
  • Assist with all office and reservation-related tasks and complete assigned daily duties in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle demanding situations with guests calmly and professionally
  • Help maintain and encourage a sense of teamwork among coworkers
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional knowledge of PC-based computer systems and the ability to master multiple new programs and informational platforms
  • Ability to multitask while operating computer and phone systems
  • Flexible schedule with 7 day per week availability
  • Must attend training sessions prior to season opening
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM

DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Start date 10/19/26 OR 11/9/26, through 3/31/27
  • Two-week training on-site Monday-Friday, then begin Full Time or Part Time schedule
  • FT (4 days per week) or PT (3 days per week)
  • Training and probationary period through early December on-site at Snow Park Lodge, after which agents may work 50% on-site and 50% remotely

PAY RATE:

  • $21.00 per hour
