Job description

Location:Kohler, WI

Opportunity

 Deliver exceptional customer service and instruction to guests and the public in every class. This experience begins with check ins and welcoming people at the front desk and guiding individuals to designated areas to put personal belongings and any instructions before class begins. It is the instructor's responsibility to engage with participants and ensure their classes are pleasant and fulfilling with every session.   

Specific Responsibilities

  • Instructing quality mind, body programs according the YOTL standards. 
  • Ensure that safety policies and standard operating procedures are communicated and observed. 
  • Must maintain a working knowledge of current industry trends as well as the available programs, services, and products offered at YOTL. 
  • Perform specific cleaning tasks as assigned to ensure YOTL standards of cleanliness are upheld for hygienic purposes along with safety for staff and participants.  
  • Act as a studio ambassador for all YOTL initiatives including but not limited to teacher trainings, community events, studio classes, and volunteering sessions.   

This is a part-time position with shifts between 6:00 am - 8:00 pm, weekdays and weekends.
