Are you a dedicated practitioner of Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training, or Cardio Fitness? We want YOU to bring your expertise and energy to our team! We’re on the lookout for dynamic individuals who can lead a variety of group fitness classes—including mind-body formats, strength-based workouts, and high-energy cardio sessions—in an engaging, energizing, and above all, safe manner.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead invigorating Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga, strength training, and cardio classes that inspire and empower participants.

  • Design and deliver effective workouts that build muscular strength, improve endurance, and enhance cardiovascular fitness.

  • Infuse your unique style and expertise into each session, creating an atmosphere that fosters growth, confidence, and overall well-being.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Certifications:
CPR/AED certification or attainment within 90 days.
Relevant certification to classes taught (i.e., Zumba, Les Mills, Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, etc.).
Preferred group exercise certifications: ACE, AFAA, ACSM, or AEA.

Preferred Experience:
One year of group fitness teaching experience (mind-body, strength, and/or cardio formats).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Safely lead group fitness classes (mind-body, strength, and cardio formats)

  • Provide clear, effective instruction and cueing

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to motivate and inspire participants

  • Multi-tasking and time management skills

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of proper strength training techniques and cardiovascular conditioning principles
