Job description

Position Summary 

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support the execution of onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for Provider Solutions Sales, Customer Success, and Field Operations teams. This role is responsible for coordinating training logistics, maintaining content and training schedules, supporting learners and facilitators, and contributing to the success of learning experiences across the organization. This is a part-time individual contributor role ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, supporting, and improving training delivery in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 

What You'll Do: 

Training Coordination 

  • Schedule, organize, and manage logistics for training sessions (live and virtual) 
  • Maintain the training calendar and assist with LMS enrollments and content organization 
  • Prepare and distribute learning materials, presentation decks, and session documentation 
  • Monitor participation, send reminders, and follow up on training completions 

Onboarding & New Hire Support 

  • Assist with delivery and coordination of new hire onboarding sessions 
  • Help welcome and support new hires during onboarding activities 
  • Track onboarding progress and report challenges or support needs 

Content & Training Resource Support 

  • Maintain an organized library of job aids, SOPs, and training materials 
  • Format and update documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards 
  • Coordinate feedback collection from learners to support continuous improvement 

Reporting & Administrative Support 

  • Track training attendance and completion data 
  • Assist with compiling survey responses and reporting results to program leaders 
  • Support department-wide training projects and administrative tasks as needed 

What We Need:

  • 1 year of experience in training coordination, onboarding, education, or administrative support (including internships) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, and virtual meeting tools 
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management 
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills 
  • Collaborative and positive mindset with a strong sense of initiative 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) 
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Synthesia, or Articulate 360 
  • Salesforce experience a plus 
  • Exposure to adult learning principles or training facilitation a plus

  • Training sessions are scheduled, organized, and run smoothly 
  • Content is kept current and easy for learners and facilitators to access 
  • New hires are well-supported during onboarding 
  • Training team receives strong operational support and program feedback

Position Details: 

  • Hours: Part-time (approx. 15-25 hours per week, flexible) 
  • Work Model: Hybrid or Remote (based on team and organizational needs)Â
