Administrative Assistant

Milford

 

Salary Range: $20.50 - $24.00/hour depending on experience + sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network’s Milford site is hiring a part-time administrative assistant. This is a 20 hours/week position. 

What you will do:

  • Be a part of a multidisciplinary team serving youth and families from a strengths perspective and informed by principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Data entry, data collection, tracking and generating reports as needed.
  • Be able to run reports and manipulate data in excel and other programs
  • Set up clients and services in the agency's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Maintain excel spreadsheets for billing and other census data with accuracy
  • Assist with other office management tasks as needed, such as but not limited to: answering calls, greeting guests at the main lobby area, and maintaining the overall office environment.

MinimumRequirements:

  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED/HiSet equivalent.
  • Experience using Excel and other Microsoft Suite products.
  • Some experience with insurance and billing are preferred.
