Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and serve as the face of the resort, creating a positive first and last impression for every guest. In this fast-paced, guest-focused role, you'll handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations and billing, and provide exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hospitality, problem-solving, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Do
  • Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner during arrival and departure
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Handle all forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and room charges
  • Assign guest rooms and manage room inventory and availability
  • Enter and retrieve guest information, reservations, and billing details using property management systems
  • Provide information about resort amenities, services, rates, and special packages
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
  • Assist guests with directions, reservations, and special accommodations
  • Maintain accurate records, including registration cards, receipts, and reports
