Job description

THE ROLE

The Huntington Bank Field Stadium Operations department is seeking individuals to assist with game day operations and related set-up and tear down. This is a part time position to assist with NFL home games (preseason, regular season, and potential postseason) and special events including but not limited to concerts, soccer matches, and private events. Individuals will also be expected to assist on the day(s) leading up to these events, with potential opportunities to assist on extended set-up and tear-down days.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Staff will assist with set up and tear down of game day activations, signage, ADA seating, walkthrough metal detectors, and other duties as assigned. Staff will also support other departments within Huntington Bank Field as well as completing other tasks as needed throughout event days.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Availability to work long and irregular hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs/ramps during entire shift (8-12 hours).
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport items in excess of 25 pounds.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to interact with fans and staff appropriately.
  • Reliable transportation that will allow the employee to be punctual to and from Huntington Bank Field.
