You change simple dressings for non-infected chronic or post-op conditions, provide skin care and support with bathing as needed, and document every service and any significant change in condition with precision. Throughout the day, you maintain dignity and privacy, protect resident rights, and uphold Western States Senior Communities standards for appearance, sanitation, hygiene, and health.
