Who We're Looking ForWEAP is hiring Managing Technician (MT) to join them in helping children with autism find success in school and life through contemporary ABA therapy. MTs have demonstrated expertise in behavior treatment, and they provide day-to-day clinical direction to clients under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. They deliver protocol modification using best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. MTs also support the professional development of other technicians by providing clinical and professional feedback.

As a Managing Technician (MT) at WEAP, you'll not only work and lead alongside a local team of highly-trained clinicians, but you'll also be part of LEARN Behavioral-a collective group of ABA providers delivering collaborative care to communities from coast-to-coast. LEARN employs over 500 BCBAs and offers services in 17 states, and our average clinical leader has been with the organization for 10 years.

- Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
- Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
- Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Reasonable direct hours target of 25 hours per week. A 'direct hour' includes protocol modification, treatment by protocol and team meetings.

Physical RequirementsPhysical requirements vary based on specific client assignments. You are expected to be able to complete all physical requirements of the position either with or without a reasonable accommodation. This role may require you to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in response to client needs. This role requires the ability to frequently change physical positions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running. This role requires you to maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to support a safe environment.
