Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C. is seeking a highly organized, professional, and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to support a high-volume, fast-paced cardiovascular practice's office in Rochester Hills. This role creates a positive patient experience while ensuring efficient front-office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a team-driven environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming demeanor.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours (no evenings or weekends).

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in patients promptly, ensuring accurate demographics and insurance information
  • Manage patient check-out, including scheduling follow-up appointments and providing visit summaries
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments across providers and locations
  • Collect co-pays, balances, and process payments in accordance with office protocols
  • Support front-end billing processes, including verifying insurance eligibility and addressing basic billing inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Coordinate with clinical administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
