Social Media Manager
Las Vegas, NV (Local Candidates Only)
About Us
We are a fast-growing healthcare and injury recovery company with multiple locations throughout Las Vegas and additional expansion planned.
Our team works closely with patients, attorneys, medical professionals, and the local community to provide high-quality care and support services.
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence, community engagement, and referral network through organic social media marketing and local event involvement.
We are a fun, energetic, and fast-paced team looking for someone who brings creativity, personality, positive energy, and a little extra pizzazz to our brand and company culture.
Position Details
  • Part-Time Independent Contractor (1099)

  • Approximately 10 hours per week

  • Flexible schedule (about 2 hours per day)

  • Pay: $25/hour

  • Must be local to Las Vegas, NV

  • Occasional evening/weekend event attendance required
Responsibilities
Content Creation
  • Create engaging content for:
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
    • LinkedIn
  • Capture photos/videos at clinics and events
  • Create reels, stories, graphics, and captions
  • Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule
  • Plan monthly content calendars
Social Media Management
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally
  • Engage with followers and community pages
  • Monitor trends and suggest creative marketing ideas
  • Help increase visibility and brand awareness across all platforms
Event Coverage
  • Attend company-hosted events and community events we are invited to
  • Capture photos/videos during events
  • Post live content and recap material
Business Growth & Lead Generation
Help generate new business opportunities through social media efforts, including:
  • New patient leads
  • New attorney referral relationships
  • New medical clinic referral relationships
Goal: Contribute toward generating approximately 10 new leads/referral opportunities per month.
Organic Growth Expectations
We are looking for organic social media growth through quality content, community engagement, networking, and consistent brand presence.
We are NOT interested in:
  • Purchased followers
  • Artificial engagement
  • Spam messaging
  • Asking personal friends/family to inflate numbers
  • Fake growth tactics
Success in this role will be measured by:
  • Authentic audience growth
  • Community engagement
  • Brand awareness
  • Event visibility

  • Referral relationships generated through social media efforts
Performance Expectations
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms
  • Increase organic follower growth and engagement

  • Improve visibility within the Las Vegas community
  • Professionally manage messages and interactions across social media platforms
  • Provide a brief monthly report summarizing:
    • follower growth
    • engagement
    • content performance
    • lead activity
    • event coverage/results
Qualifications
  • Experience creating social media content for businesses
  • Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Basic photo/video editing skills
  • Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Reliable transportation for local event attendance
  • Must have access to a smartphone capable of creating high-quality photo/video content
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
HIPAA & Professionalism
Must maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA/privacy standards when creating or posting content. Professionalism and appropriate representation of the company brand are required at all times.
Content may require approval prior to posting during the initial training period.
All company social media accounts, content, and materials created during the contract period remain property of the company.
